Our focus is on selected book projects

The company is primarily dedicated to culinary book projects. This idea owes its success to the fact that customers from all over the world have given owner and managing director Marianne Salentin-Träger a taste for culinary delights. Her many years of expertise in the travel industry thus flow seamlessly into extraordinary and multi-award-winning book projects.

The company was founded by Gunther Träger in 1984. As one of the leading agencies for press and public relations in the industry, C&C Contact & Creation GmbH served until his death in 2018, national and international companies and institutions in German-speaking countries. C&C received numerous prizes and awards for its successful PR.

Food and architecture photographer


Markus photographs the dishes of famous chefs and top wine growers for the Feinschmecker magazine and book projects. He sees his mission as a way to discover the origins of food while at the same time looking to the future.

Anja Jahn

Portrait and reportage photographer


Anja approaches her subjects with emotion, respect and time, all of which shows in her pictures. She often gains a deep insight into the human mind.

Oliver Hick-Schulz

Art director and food designer


Oliver designs magazines with a focus on culture and cookbooks. He is as obsessed with food as others are with crime thrillers and he loves to spend his spare time at markets.

Lucy Jones

Translator


Translates literary fiction, art texts, plays and journalism from German. Hailing from Britain, she had been a Berliner-by-choice for 25 years, founded the collective Transfiction GbR and has published her own writing in SAND, Visual Verse, Pigeon Papers NYC and 3AM Magazine.
